Hi, I am now 10 weeks pregnant. I did not changed products from skin care that is often used as before. Recently, I began to wonder whether these skin care is good health of my baby. But my friend told me that since we only use some moisturizing cream on my face, to be safe? Power someone tell me if this is true. Thank you!
Products to avoid during pregnancy are retinol (vitamin A cream used to fight acne) and other topical ointments. Most are prescription only. I want at the counter, unmedicated moisturizer (Olay and Avon or ponds or oil or otherwise) would not be as safe as body lotion, it is safe.
